NIC together with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) are offering a series of webinars and online trainings primarily aimed at the Internet Community in Central Europe and the Baltics.

Speakers: Siôn Lloyd, ICANN Lead Security, Stability, Resiliency Specialist

In this webinar, two ICANN projects will be described, which both make use of Reputation Blocklist (RBL) data – DAAR (Domain Abuse Aciticity Reporting) and DNSTICR (Domain Name Security Threat Information Collection and Reporting) — and how the different projects use the data in different ways. We then explain how ICANN’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) tries to understand the data from the combination of multiple RBLs and why this is important.
